Quick and Easy Recipe: Bleu Cheese Rolls
Ingredients:
- Won Ton Wrappers (found in produce cooler by tofu, humus and pre cut veggies
- Chicken
- Hot Sauce example: Saracha – pretty hot
- Bleu Cheese
- Broccoli Slaw/lettuce/cabbage – anything to add crunch
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Shred some chicken and mix with hot sauce.

Crumble bleu cheese or open container if you bought pre crumbled
Lay chicken, broccoli slaw (or ‘crunch’ ingredient) and bleu cheese in corner of won ton wrapper.
Fold around ingredients and use water to seal the envelope.
Place on wire rack and bake for 15 minutes or until brown and crisp. 
Bake for 15 minutes or until brown and crisp! Serve with bleu cheese dressing for dipping!

oh, I love this recipe! It’s definitely something I’d love to try -especially since it’s baked! (of course, I’d have to substitute feta for my husband who can’t STAND bleu cheese. I think it’s delicious though!) Thanks for the inspirational fun recipe.
Any kind of cheese would be good I think! Also you could try dipping it in ranch instead of bleu cheese to please those picky eaters!!
